To understand how this emergency was affecting employee morale, the Hinge Research Institute decided to ask early survey participants to describe their employers’ handling of the current coronavirus crisis.
In this flash special report, we explore the way firm leadership is addressing this unprecedented challenge—and how employees are reacting to their decisions. Employers may find it especially helpful as they craft internal policies and responses.
The report’s findings are based on a survey conducted between March 20 and March 31, 2020. The study included 217 employees from over 200 firms.
