In early 2020, COVID-19 took our economy by storm. Firms of all sizes were cast into the spotlight as their industries, competitors, and employees stood by waiting to see how they would react to the crisis and regain their footing in the subsequent business climate.

Our firm has (thankfully) continued with minimal negative pressure, since our pre- COVID days typically involved speaking and consulting with clients on virtual platforms. But we’ve all dealt with unexpected challenges. Separation between work and personal lives ended abruptly, with many of us spending our days on video calls, fighting over who gets the home office, wrangling bored toddlers, or virtual schooling.

Remaining safe and sane hasn’t been easy for anyone, but one thing we know for certain: Having a strong culture at work to help guide you through the unknown has been the key to our survival.”
