About the Internship

At Hinge, we are the leading research-based branding and marketing firm for professional services. As a Content Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a variety of social media, content creation, and thought leadership initiatives while working alongside our creative, strategy, and business development teams.

This internship is ideal for students in marketing, communications, or digital media who want to sharpen their skills in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to do some or all of the following:

  • Social Media Management
    • Contribute to Hinge’s Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy.
    • Draft captions, schedule posts, and track performance using analytics tools.
    • Help develop new templates and content ideas that showcase our client work, research, and company culture.
    • Help Hinge’s experts create new posts for their profiles
  • Content Development
    • Write and edit blog posts on topics such as branding, marketing trends, and professional services growth.
    • Help our podcast team research, script, and promote new episodes.
    • Identify and capture highlights from podcast episodes to repurpose into engaging short-form content.
    • Support our team as we record video interviews with Hinge experts.
  • Marketing Campaign Support
    • Assist in planning and promoting events through social media and blog content.
    • Contribute to LinkedIn advertisements and other outreach efforts.
    • Provide ad hoc support on marketing audits, keyword research, and client projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creativity and curiosity about branding and digital marketing.
  • Self starter who will ask questions and can work independently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and tools like Canva is a plus.
