Katie’s professional background is as wide as her smile. With over 10 years of advertising, design, and professional services marketing experience, she has experienced marketing from both sides of the table. As Manager of Organizational Processes, Katie relies on her skills in marketing, business development, training, and project planning. She weaves these skills together to translate ideas into actionable plans and innovative, highly targeted initiatives.

Katie graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Advertising. Previously, she worked at Arnold Worldwide, where she was a Creative Manager for clients such as Amtrak, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, and Choice Hotels. Later, she spent several years in the AEC industry, including marketing positions at Deltek and a Washington, DC Top 25 engineering firm.
